Kanokwan Vilawan, the Deputy Minister of Education granted the opportunity to over 200 students enrolled in the Non-Formal and Informal educational program from the EEC district, which includes Rayong, Chachoengsao, Chonburi as well as five Eastern provinces to voice their opinions in the activity, “Public Hearing: the Expectations for the Government and the Ministry of Education for the improvement of the Non-Formal and Informal Education.” This onsite-visit, held at Phana Nikom District, Rayong Province, was conducted in order to follow up the government’s policies during the 2020’s second formal off-site cabinet’s meeting in the eastern provinces.
The students expressed their opinions and suggestions with regards to both basic educational management, for instance, the endorsement of foreign language learning, modern technology and instructional media while facilitating learners with disabilities, and non-formal and informal educational management, for instance, increasing number of teachers and librarians, and effective learning environment.
In this occasion, the Deputy Minister admired all learners from the Non-Formal and Informal Education program for their courage to straightforwardly speak up about their needs and their innovative attitude. Most of the issues raised in this event was aligned with the concerns as expressed during her site visit around Thailand’s 77 provinces which much progress has been significantly made. Every student’s opinion importantly matters for it serves as a guide for the Ministry of Education to sustainably improve the educational and vocational management that coincides with the needs of the EEC region.
รมช.ศึกษาธิการ เปิดกว้างรับฟังความคิดเห็นและความต้องการของคนรุ่นใหม่ ในเขต EEC และจะขยายผลไปทุกภูมิภาคทั่วประเทศ
นางกนกวรรณ วิลาวัลย์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียน นักศึกษา กศน. ในเขตพื้นที่ EEC ได้แก่ จังหวัดระยอง ฉะเชิงเทรา ชลบุรี รวมทั้ง 5 จังหวัดภาคตะวันออก จำนวนกว่า 200 คน แสดงความคิดเห็นในกิจกรรม “การประชาพิจารณ์ : ความคาดหวังที่มีต่อรัฐบาลและกระทรวงศึกษาธิการในการพัฒนาการศึกษา กศน.” ในโอกาสลงพื้นที่ติดตามงานตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ในการประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรีอย่างเป็นทางการนอกสถานที่ ครั้งที่ 2/2563 กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคตะวันออก ณ กศน.ตำบลพนานิคม จังหวัดระยอง
โดยนักเรียน นักศึกษา กศน. ได้แสดงความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ ทั้งในแง่ของการจัดการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เช่น ส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนภาษาต่างประเทศ ส่งเสริมเทคโนโลยีและสื่อการสอนที่ทันสมัย และอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้เรียนที่มีความบกพร่อง และการจัดการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย เช่น เพิ่มจำนวนครูและบรรณารักษ์ และจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้
ในโอกาสนี้ รมช.ศึกษาธิการ ได้กล่าวชื่นชมผู้เรียน กศน. ทุกคน ที่กล้านำเสนอสิ่งที่ต้องการได้อย่างตรงประเด็น มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งหลายประเด็นก็สอดคล้องกับการลงพื้นที่รับฟังความคิดเห็นของครูโอ๊ะทั้ง 77 จังหวัดทั่วประเทศไทย และได้ดำเนินการมีความก้าวหน้าไปมากแล้ว โดยทุกความคิดเห็นของเยาวชนมีความสำคัญและเป็นแนวทางให้แก่กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ที่จะช่วยพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาและอาชีพ ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการในพื้นที่ EEC อย่างยั่งยืน
