Kanokwan Vilawan, the Deputy Minister of Education, served as the head director in the launch of “OINE Online Application” at the Science Center for Education, also known as the Bangkok Planetarium, aired on Digital TV, channel 52, along with the other distinguished participants, including Kamol Rodklai, the Deputy Minister Advisory, Rakana Tantawutho, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Education, and Disakul Kasemsawas, Secretary General of the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education.
The Deputy Minister stated that the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) has impacted the public livelihoods and adjustments with the “New Normal”. Therefore, the education pattern should also be adjusted to coincide with the social distancing measures. The Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education, as the organisation in charge of managing and supporting life-long learning, has recognised the significance of educational accessibility amidst the unprecedented situation of Covid-19, and thus has designed the application, “OINE Online” as a preliminary step for the implementation of instructional technology and online resources to facilitate students and teachers alike. This project is also intended to create jobs, careers, and increase market values while expanding channels for online product commercialisation. Consequently, the application consists of “OINE Online” containing the fundamental subject contents from primary to secondary levels; the online Non-Formal and Informal Education for career development and livelihood improvement providing short-term courses in languages and vocation, and ONIE Online Market serving as a free e-commerce platform for buying, selling and exchanging goods.
“It is with my good hope that today marked the beginning of educational opportunity for the public, so that they will be able to provide for their own livelihoods, families, as well as to obtain a career and generate an income, which will lead to an improved life quality, as we approach the “New Normal” era. I would also like to encourage the Non-Formal and Informal Education learners and those who interested to try our new application (“ONIE Online”) for a chance to study, learn and develop oneselves. The Ministry of Education is willing to accept any users’ suggestions in order to help improve the efficiencies of our instructional technology as part of the instruments for leading Thai people and our nation towards guaranteed future success.” the Deputy Minister said.

นางกนกวรรณ วิลาวัลย์ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นประธานงานเปิดตัว “แอปพลิเคชัน กศน. ออนไลน์” ถ่ายทอดสดทางทีวีดิจิทัล ช่อง 52 ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อการศึกษา (ท้องฟ้าจำลองกรุงเทพ) โดยมีนายกมล รอดคล้าย ที่ปรึกษา รมช.ศธ., นางรักขณา ตัณฑวุฑโฒ รองปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ, นายดิศกุล เกษมสวัสดิ์ เลขาธิการ กศน. เข้าร่วม
รมช.ศึกษาธิการ กล่าวว่า จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า (Covid-19) ส่งผลกระทบต่อวิถีชีวิตและการปรับตัวของประชาชนสู่ “วิถีปกติใหม่” (New normal) รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ของคนไทยต้องปรับปลี่ยนให้สอดรับกับมาตรการเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคม สำนักงาน กศน. ในฐานะหน่วยงานที่ดูแลการจัดและส่งเสริมการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการเข้าถึงบริการการศึกษาท่ามกลางสภาวะการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 จึงจัดทำ “แอปพลิเคชัน กศน. ออนไลน์” ซึ่งถือเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการนำสื่อและนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ มาใช้สนับสนุนและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่นักศึกษาและครูผู้สอน พร้อมจุดประกายการสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ และสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มและขยายช่องทางการค้าผลิตภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ โดยแอปพลิเคชัน กศน. ประกอบด้วย “กศน. ออนไลน์” เรียนรู้รายวิชาพื้นฐานระดับ ม.ต้น-ม.ปลาย, กศน.เพื่ออาชีพและคุณภาพชีวิตออนไลน์ เป็นการเรียนรู้ด้วยหลักสูตรระยะสั้น ด้านภาษา และอาชีพ และ กศน.ตลาดออนไลน์ เป็นช่องทางการซื้อ ขาย และเปลี่ยนสินค้า ในรูปแบบ e-Conmerce โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย
“หวังว่าก้าวแรกในวันนี้ จะเป็นก้าวแห่งโอกาสในการสร้างการเรียนรู้ของประชาชน ให้ได้กินอิ่ม นอนอุ่น มีอาชีพและรายได้ นำไปสู่การยกระดับชีวิตที่มีคุณภาพ ภายใต้วิถีปกติใหม่อย่างปรกติสุขให้ได้มากที่สุด ขอเชิญชวนชาว กศน. และผู้สนใจ มาร่วมทดลองใช้แอปพลิเคชัน กศน.ออนไลน์ เพื่อศึกษา เรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเอง โดยกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พร้อมเปิดรับข้อเสนอแนะจากการใช้งาน เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาให้มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างยั่งยืน เป็นส่วนหนึ่งนำพาให้ คนไทยรอด-ประเทศไทยจะต้องชนะได้อย่างแน่นอน” รมช.ศึกษาธิการ กล่าว
